Can I use my own domain name with a Trial Site?
Yes. We can set up your Trial Site so that your domain points to it directly.
Do you provide email accounts?
Yes. You can order the required amount of email accounts during your purchase. A minimum of one email account is required for Email Marketing.
Who owns my website when I subscribe to a Site Plan?
You own the site and contents. We host and look after it for you. If you need to relocate it at any time, you can request a cancellation and we will send you all the contents of your site.
Can I cancel my Site Plan?
Yes. You can cancel your Site Plan at any time. Your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.
Can I change my content/design?
Yes. you can change your Trail Site Design every 30 days. You can change your Full Site by request, if you have ‘Design Updates/Alterations’ as part of your Care Plan, basic changes are made at no extra cost.
How much does it cost?
Trial Sites cost £49/month. Full websites are priced by quotation, or you may purchase one of our existing Site Plans from £59/month.
How long does it take?
Your Trial Site can be active within as little as 48 hours. Full site builds depend on the volume of content, the complexity of design aspects and the promptness of content delivery on your part. We aim to complete basic websites within 5-10 days.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If you have purchased a Care Plan, any issues will be automatically resolved by your Super Admin. If you’ve seen something we’ve missed, or your having issues, you can reach out to us directly.
Do you set up SEO and run adverts?
While we don’t run adverts, we do provide advice and guidance when it comes to promoting your website.
We do mange SEO content for you. This content must be provided by you. However, you can request assistance with this if you require.
